Animal activities for children Animals are always extremely popular with children, and animal related activities are both fun and educational. Our animal activities can be complemented by animal themed craft workshops, facepainters and other entertainers to create a truly memorable day. Mobile Farm We provide pens, straw, a selection of young and adult animals and a knowledgeable farmer who will answer all your questions. The farm is suitable for all outdoor and most indoor venues. Small animal petting farms are also available for smaller events. Easter Farms Farms at Easter can include lambs and chicks. Mobile Zoo This features exotic animals, reptiles and creepy crawlies. Children can handle and learn about a range of unusual animals such as snakes, tarantulas, hissing cockroaches and chinchillas. Animal Rides We can provide donkey rides and pony rides. For Christmas some of our donkeys can add a festive touch by adding false antlers (see pic). Falconry Our falconers are available for flying displays and bird handling. Popular at a wide range of events, from corporate family fun days to weddings. Duck herding For outdoor events, we can offer arena activities such as dog and duck herding. Life sized animal puppets Our realistic polar bear and gorilla puppets are accompanied by a themed handler who conveys an educational and environmental message in an entertaining manner. Christmas Why not bring the Nativity story to life with our themed mobile farm featuring the ox and ass, and run by our animal handlers dressed as Mary and Joseph? Alternatively, we can offer the regular farm with the addition of reindeer, and accompanied by artistes dressed as Santa’s helpers. Huskies – our husky sleigh is a wonderful way for Santa to arrive. We can also offer huskies for meet & greet in a petting area, husky rides for children and a fabulous husky photo set up (children are photographed with the huskies in front of a themed backdrop).
